The director of the Taganka Theater, Irina Apeksimova, approved a rather strange job description regarding artists.
Thus, the actors are now forbidden to participate in rallies, publish books and communicate with journalists without the consent of the theater administration. In addition, they were obliged to be loyal to the officials of the theater, despite any disagreement. Also, the artists were forbidden to take any action that could harm the reputation of the head of the theater and his staff.
The actor's trade union of the theater found some of the rules illegal and filed a complaint with the district prosecutor's office. A similar opinion is shared by the chairman of the presidium of the Moscow Bar Association “Zhorin and Partners” Sergey Zhorin, who noted that if a paragraph of the rules does not comply with the law, then it is considered invalid.
