The Anti-Doping Committee of the International Tennis Federation (ITF) decided to disqualify the famous Russian tennis player Marie Sharapova for two years.
It is reported that the disqualification of the athlete will be counted from January 26, 2016, when she was taken a blood sample, in which traces of meldonium were found. The term of disqualification of the tennis player, thus, will expire on January 25, 2018. At that time, the athlete will be almost 31 years old.
