Naturally, the question arises - howto cook buns? The recipe is simple, the main thing is to observe all the proportions and recommendations. So, let's start "amateur". First, we'll put things in order on the desktop, so that nothing distracts us. Mix yeast dough - take a couple of sachets of yeast, half a cup of sugar, half a teaspoon of salt, a half-pack of milk or kefir, a couple of eggs, 120 g of margarine, a bag of vanillin and a half of a package of baking powder. Buns on kefir will turn out even more gentle than on ordinary milk. If there is neither one nor the other, you can use the serum. We'll dilute the yeast with half of the warmed milk and sugar, add the eggs and a little bit a whisk (but by no means a mixer!). The melted margarine is mixed with the second part of milk or kefir (whey, at the worst), and add this mixture to the mass of sugar and yeast. Gradually add flour with vanillin and baking powder. Now we knead a gentle dough. Take the flour "by eye". It takes just enough so that the dough can be rolled out and cut into circles. Roll the dough into sausage, cut it into several pieces and make lozhechechki. The resulting cakes grease with butter and sprinkle with sugar (you can add cinnamon, coconut shavings and other condiments). Fold in the roll, bend in half and tear the tips. Middle cut roll, not reaching the edges about 2 cm, twist the halves so that it turned out something like a heart. We put in the oven and bake this beauty until golden brown. We take a pack of cottage cheese (usually it weighs 250 g), 300 g butter, one spoonful of vanillin, a glass of flour, a baking powder (one teaspoon), a pinch of salt, raisins, a teaspoon of cinnamon, a quarter of a glass of sugar, a couple of spoons of lemon juice and 150 g of powdered sugar. Well rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add to it oil, salt, vanillin, baking powder and flour. A little oil is left to lubricate the dough. Mesem dough and remove it for an hour in the fridge. After an hour roll out the dough from the cottage cheese on the prepared table and lubricate our layer with the remains of oil. How to prepare a table? Wipe clean the work surface and sprinkle the table well with flour. Pre-soaked in boiling water and dried raisins are mixed with sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture with the dough.
