What to do when you are sick?
No one is immune from disease, especially in the fall. Most often, colds and other diseases take people by surprise, and therefore many are beginning to think about how to occupy themselves.
What not to do during the illness?
It sometimes happens that a disease (especially if it proceeds quite easily) is perceived as an unplanned day off, which people prefer to spend on something useful - for example, cleaning or finishing work. You should not do this, unless, of course, you want to make you worse.
During an illness it is worth avoiding physical activities, long sitting at a computer and stressful situations. It is best to use the hospital to the maximum and give a weakened body to recover.
What can you do when you are ill?
To recover quickly, you must, of course, be treated. And for this you should not restrict yourself to taking pills at strictly defined hours: rub yourself with ointment, inhale or engage in other useful procedures, which usually do not have enough time. After all, sick leave is a good opportunity to take good care of your body.
It helps to quickly recover and sleep: if a person has a cold, he is recommended to sleep as much as possible. Use the hospital to sleep off the whole week ahead.
Of course, being treated all day is pretty boring. You can entertain yourself by watching TV programs - what if you like something? If what seems to be too boring on TV channels, why not watch a good movie or TV series?
If you like to read, it's time to get acquainted with the book that you used to postpone for one reason or another. The main thing - to ensure that the eyes are not too tired.
Well, if watching movies and reading seem to you too measured classes, you can always play a computer game. Of course, in this case, too, do not need to get too carried away, because the day spent at the computer is unlikely to contribute to a speedy recovery.
It is unlikely that someone likes to hurt, but, nevertheless, the hospital can be a reason to remember about past hobbies and things that you have not found time for one reason or another.
